I had been skeptical about the PPA thing seeing how most of the products out there for a extensions SUCK. I just got this product and bingo! About a month ago, I purchased the Big Butt Plug (GD7500B). It's 4" wide at the widest point. I'd always managed to get it in, assuming I'd worked my way up to it, using increasingly larger butt plugs. Well, it is different! I wish they had made it with a straight shaft and I may make that modification, myself, on mine (a little heat and shaping while warm does wonders).
